Small groups of terrorists have begun to emerge, with the ultimate goal of creating total anarchy. The most influential of these groups is the Crystal Brotherhood, lead by a Mr. Rahman. Rahman is a traitor to the U.F.S.C. and has provided the Crystal Brotherhood with the Overmind activation codes. Now all U.F.S.C. bases are on alert once more and another state of war has been declared.
