While GameStop makes every attempt to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, all PC Download sales are considered final. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the system and compatibility requirements of a game prior to purchasing. If there are technical issues that prevent access to your game, our support team must be contacted prior to seeking a refund. Please see the above link to our support portal for more information.
If after working with our support team it is found that the issue is unresolved, at that time you will be provided instructions on how to submit for an approved refund. Please note that in some cases you may be required to contact the publisher to resolve support concerns that are specific to that publisher’s software, and in some cases refunds cannot be approved for a publisher related issue.
If you experience any problems ordering, registering an account, receiving a product code, or using your new software, please visit the above support portal and reach out to our support team. If your transaction appeared successful but you did not receive your product code, please do not re-order as there may be an email or routing issue, and re-ordering could result in a duplicate charge.

While every attempt is made to ensure you have the full enjoyment of your purchase, all refund requests are subject to GameStop approval and could be denied at any time.
Refunds requests due simply to not meeting system or compatibility requirements (ie: slow game play, poor video quality, etc) cannot be approved. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know computer system and compatibility requirements prior to purchase.
Refund requests on credit/debit card orders must be submitted and processed within 90 days of the transaction to be considered.
Refund requests on PayPal orders must be submitted and processed within 60 days of the transaction to be considered.
Every attempt is made to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt, but may take up to 2 weeks to process.
Refunds cannot be offered for Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games.
Refunds cannot be offered for games published by Electronic Arts or Bethesda.
Pre-purchases on unreleased titles (if not published by Electronic Arts or Bethesda) can be refunded up to 5 days before the release of the game by contacting us via email through our support portal. Note: If a pre-purchase game offers any content including beta access, bonus content or games, or any other offering with pre-purchase prior to launch, refunds cannot be offered.
